Our commitment

Project Tidal wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers or keyboard navigation.

What we’ve done

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as a target. Steps we have taken include:

• Using clear, readable text with good colour contrast.
• Making the site work on phones, tablets and desktops.
• Labelling form fields and images so screen readers can describe them.
• Letting the menu and links be operated with a keyboard.
• Respecting your device’s “reduced motion” setting to limit animation.

Known limitations

We are a small, volunteer-led organisation and our website is a work in progress. Some areas — such as the interactive map on our Contact page — may be harder to use with certain assistive technologies. If the map is a barrier, please contact us and we will gladly share our location or directions another way.
